Police released video Thursday that Officer Chrisman arresting a woman right next the medical examiner's office in Phoenix. Security guards inside were watching him on surveillance video. What they saw bothered them so much, they turned the tape over to the police department. In that 2005 incident, Chrisman and his partner arrested a homeless woman on an outstanding warrant. According to the More.. internal affairs investigation, Chrisman and his partner planted drug paraphernalia on the woman -- because they wanted to play a joke on the woman, who is mentally challenged. Chrisman puts a brilo pad and pipe in his partner's left hand. His female partner then pretends to pull the pipe out of the woman's dress. Chrisman said he knew the suspect, and just wanted to get a rise out of her. He was suspended for one day and put on the Brady List -- his partner was also suspended for one day and put on the Brady List. The woman wasn't charged with anything related to the planted evidence

Legalize marijuana demonstration which gathered in University Avenue then marched down the road, turned left into Byres Rd and continued through Glasgow's West End, turned left again at Dumbarton Road and Argyle St, passed Kelvin Hall and the Museum & Art Galleries to much cheering from young people on the embankment until they reached Kelvingrove Park where the sound of reggae beats could be heard (whenever the PA system worked intermittently!) The pace of the march was swift as people were eager to proceed to the next stage of things! The annual Glasgow legalise cannabis demo took place this year on July 24th. Despite cannabis being a less harmful drug than alcohol and prescription painkillers and drugs used to treat extreme anxiety and hyperactivity, it is still illegal in most places. Medical and police experts recognise that marijuana is not a dangerous drug, and in fact the majority of police feel it to be a waste of their time to have to deal with cases of marijuana possession when their resources would be better spent on tackling real crimes. Cannabis was classified as a list C drug but instead of legalising it, the government upgraded it to class B drug, probably to make it extremely difficult to legalise by placing it two steps away from legalisation but only one step away from being associated with hard drugs. Chapo has since gone on to build one of the most powerful drug "cartels" in Mexico. With the death of Osama Bin Laden in May, Chapo (a Spanish nickname meaning "shorty") jumped to the top of the FBI's "Most Wanted" persons list. American Drug War - The Last White Hope a film by Kevin Booth John O'Neill Project Part 15: The Mother of All Conspiracies - The Global Drug Trade In this project, I will post supporting documentation for all of the points made in the movie, Who Killed John O'Neill. Below is a list of all of the clips from that movie with all of the parts from Part 15: The Mother of All Conspiracies - The Global Drug Trade. For Part 15, I used the 2007 Documentary by Kevin Booth, American Drug War - The Last White Hope. One can conclude from this documentary that the quagmire known as the War on Drugs has only created more problems than solutions, more addiction than recovery, and more drugs and gangs in society. I am so outraged about the drug war, that I am willing to devote my entire life to fighting it. So if there is someone out there that needs a soldier in the war against the war on drugs, contact me. A note about the titles in this series: I tried to maintain a system of naming clips according to their individual points made. The video has been altered to fit the full version of Reznor's song "The Perfect Drug". I take no credit for the song or video. "The Perfect Drug" is a 1997 song by Nine Inch Nails. It was written for the David Lynch film Lost Highway and originally appeared on the Lost Highway soundtrack. Remixes of the song were released in an EP, "The Perfect Drug" Versions (also known as Halo 11). The music video was directed by Mark Romanek and released on January 18, 1997. It portrays a despairing father played by Reznor who mourns a dead child in his gothic estate, losing himself in the consumption of absinthe. The theme was inspired by the art of Edward Gorey. It also references The Gashlycrumb Tinies. Other references include Gustav Klimt's painting The Kiss (1907 - 1908) and a "Scanning Machine" designed by Frenchman François Willème in 1860. Charlie Clouser, Danny Lohner, and Chris Vrenna appear in the video, most notably playing string instruments at the beginning of the video.
